At DPT, we offer flexible training options tailored to individuals, whether you’re a competitive athlete or simply looking to lead a healthier lifestyle. We offer online training, in-person training, and hybrid training to suit your needs.

Online Training - Fitness + Nutrition Coaching - $100/month

  • 100% remote access - train anytime/anywhere

  • Personalized weekly workout programming through the app

  • Nutrition guidance, grocery lists, and meal suggestions

  • Track progress with photos, stats, and performance benchmarks

  • Adaptable for the equipment (or lack of) that you have access to.

  • Supplement recommendations

  • Led by a certfied personal trainer (CPT) and certified nutrition coach (CNC) through NASM.

  • *This program is only available to clients who are 15 years and up. Clients under 18 years old must have parental permission to participate.

Online Training - Fitness Only - $60 per month

  • 100% remote access - train anywhere/anytime

  • Personalized weekly workout programming through the app

  • Real-time feedback from your certified personal trainer (CPT).

  • Adaptable for the equipment you have access to.

  • *This program is only available to clients 15+.

Online Training - Nutrition Coaching Only - $60 per month

  • Hands-on nutritional guidance based on your metabolic rate and proven nutritional guidelines

Hybrid Training - $100/month + $60 per in-person session

  • 100% remote access to the DPT app - train anytime/anywhere

Gold Plan - $240/month (Most Popular)

  • 4 in-person training sessions per month (weekly training)

Silver Plan - $150/month

  • 2 in-person training sessions per month (biweekly training)

  • Customized training tailored to the athlete’s goals

  • Focus on skill development and performance improvement

Single Session - $80 per session

  • Pay-as-you-go option for flexible scheduling

  • Ideal for drop-in sessions, skill tune-ups, trial sessions, or refreshers ahead of tryouts/season.

  • First-time athletes can complete a single session and an assessment in the same session.

Our Facility

Our indoor-outdoor facility is designed to help athletes reach their full potential year-round, rain or shine. Our indoor training space is equipped with a variety of equipment that your athlete can use in an age-appropriate manner. We also utilize outdoor training space for speed drills, explosive movements, and game-specific conditioning when the weather allows.

We ask that athletes attend all sessions ready to train inside or outside and dress accordingly.
