Who We Train
Youth & Middle School Athletes: Fundamentals, movement mechanics, body awareness, and early strength training, along with speed & agility.
Competitive High School & College Athletes: Speed & Agility; advanced strength & conditioning - from those with dreams of playing at the next level to those that already are. Our list of athletes includes everyone from Varsity level athletes, to NCAA Division I & II athletes, and spanning to Miss North Carolina (2025), Miss North Carolina’s Teen (2023-2025), and Miss America’s Teen (2023). No matter what your stage is, we design programs to help you perform at your peak.
Adults: Sustainable fitness routines that prioritize mobility, energy, weight loss (if needed), and long-term results without the burnout.
How We Train
Online/App-Based Fitness Coaching (Ages 15+) - $60/month

Train with us in person at our indoor/outdoor facility in Clayton. All sessions are custom-tailored to your goals, fitness level, and sport (if applicable).
