At DPT, we believe in more than just workouts - we coach athletes and individuals to make lasting change with plans that are personalized, purposeful, and performance-driven.

Our Philosophy

Every client we work with gets the same intentional coaching approach. We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all plans. We listen to your goals, evaluate where you are, and design a roadmap to get you there.

Who We Train

  • Youth & Middle School Athletes: Fundamentals, movement mechanics, body awareness, and early strength training, along with speed & agility.

  • Competitive High School & College Athletes: Speed & Agility; advanced strength & conditioning - from those with dreams of playing at the next level to those that already are. Our list of athletes includes everyone from Varsity level athletes, to NCAA Division I & II athletes, and spanning to Miss North Carolina (2025), Miss North Carolina’s Teen (2023-2025), and Miss America’s Teen (2023). No matter what your stage is, we design programs to help you perform at your peak.

  • Adults: Sustainable fitness routines that prioritize mobility, energy, weight loss (if needed), and long-term results without the burnout.

How We Train

Online/App-Based Fitness Coaching (Ages 15+) - $60/month

Train on your schedule, from anywhere, with expert coaching in your pocket.

  • Personalized weekly workouts through the DPT Training App

  • Customized progress tracking, photos, and benchmarks

  • Direct in-app messaging for form feedback, support, program tweaks, and accountability

  • Flexible programming designed for gym or at-home workouts, designed for the equipment you have access to.

  • Opt in to our Fitness + Nutrition coaching for only $40 more.

In-Person Training (All Levels ) - $60-80/session

Train with us in person at our indoor/outdoor facility in Clayton. All sessions are custom-tailored to your goals, fitness level, and sport (if applicable).
