  • DPT Mobility Plan

    Unlock better movement, faster recovery, and long-term athletic health with our DPT Mobility Plan. This is a simple, effective routine designed for any sport, any skill level, and any athlete!

    This routine can be done in roughly 15-20 minutes using only bodyweight and resistance bands to target key areas like the hips, shoulders, ankles, and spine. Perfect for pre-workout prep, post-training, recovery, or daily maintenance. This plan helps our athletes move better, reduce injury risk, and enhance performance.

  • Dynamic Warm Up

    Prep like an athlete and perform at your best. Our Dynamic Warm Up Program is a easy-to-follow system designed to get athletes moving with purpose before practices, games, or workouts. This warm-up routine activates key muscles, improves mobility, and primes the body for peak performance - all in under 15 minutes.

  • Speed System - 8 weeks

    Our 8-Week Online Speed System is a progressive training program built to help athletes of all levels get faster, quicker, and more explosive — from anywhere. Whether you’re chasing down a ball, stealing a base, or beating defenders to the goal, this program will take your speed to the next level with intentional, sport-specific training.

    This isn’t just a workout plan — it’s a complete system to train like an athlete and move with confidence. Whether you’re in-season or off-season, this program adapts to your needs and fits your schedule.

  • Vertical Jump Program - 8 weeks

    Jump Higher. Move Explosively.

    Designed for high-school level athletes, this 8-week vertical jump program builds explosive lower-body strength, power, and coordination - helping you jump higher, move quicker, and play above the rim or net! Perfect for basketball and volleyball athletes, but useful for any athlete looking to increase their vertical.

    Minimal equipment is needed as all lifts can be modified to be done with dumbbells only (other equipment is prescribed but not mandatory).

    Whether you're looking to grab rebounds, spike at the next level, or simply outjump your competition, this program will help you get there - with purpose and a plan.

  • Strength & Muscle Development - 8 weeks

    If you're looking to put up bigger numbers on your squat, bench, and deadlift - this is the program for you. Perfect for athletes looking to put on lean mass and grow their strength. This program is focused on the main three compound lifts and teaches athletes how to use percentages based on their one-rep max to prevent injury but still get major gains!

    In addition to the main lifts, these workouts are combined with accessory work (smaller exercises to target certain muscle groups) to complement the workouts. Rep ranges are specifically designed for improving overall strength as the main goal of this program. This program can be done with a barbell, dumbbells, and some machines and most exercises can be adapted to be substituted if machine access isn't available.

  • DPT Edge - Workouts Only

    DPT Edge is built for athletes who want expertly programmed workouts they can complete independently - with the confidence of knowing every rep is backed by purpose.
